Record of Lodoss War Glitch: Duplicate Magic Crystals
You first need to speak to the guy who gives you the crystal (outside the Goblin Fortress). He looks like he is digging on the outside of a mountain. Be sure the crystal is on the ground first.

Don't pick up the crystal, and instead talk to the goblin who rallies the troops. Tell the goblins to search for treasure. Most of the time, one of them will grab the magic crystal for you. As long as the digging team fetches the crystal for you, it will remain available (if a bit chancy) for you to gain.

The best way to pass through the Cold Caves is to kill a Giagantess and then use your magic spell "Wonder Dead" to revive him. Let him help you as you travel through the caves. You can also use him as a shield against Medusa's petrifying spell. If this doesn't work for you then try to upgrade all of your stats. Mostly upgrade your strength, damage, durability, parrying, and your dexterity. If you can try to equip these arms: Gothic Ocean, Electric Sword, Dragon Helmet, and Dragon Shield. This is what I used and it worked for me. Hope this helps whoever needs it!
