Tamagotchi Connection: Corner Shop 2 Hint - Combo Shops
To get the last two shops, you have to upgrade the following shops twice: the clinic, sushi bar, bowling alley and concert hall. Once you do, you get the bowling alley/sushi bar and the musical clinic.
