Yoshi's Cookie Cheat mode
Set these features in the Options menu.

Speed: HighMusic: OffLevel: 10

Then highlight Level and push Select until the desired level is displayed. (Note: Cookies will be transformed into monsters.)

Yoshi's Cookie Expert mode
Complete all 10 standard levels to play harder levels.
