RYAN STEEL:
Lightning Hand: Hold Right, press 1 + 2
Fireball: press 1 + 2

JB REESE:
Charge: Hold Right, press 1 + 2
Canon: Hold Left, press 1 + 2
Flying Attack: in mid-air, press 1 + 2

KAITLIN:
Super Kick: press 1 + 2
Gun: Hold Right, press 1 + 2
Ring Fireball: Hold Left, press 1 + 2

TANKOTRON:
Missile: Hold Right, press 1 + 2
Land Mine: press 1 + 2
Invincibility: Hold Left, press 1 + 2

DECIMATOR:
Fireball: press 1 + 2
Stomp: in mid-air, press 1 + 2
Secret Attack: Hold Left, press 1 + 2

KONGBOT:
Charge: Hold Right, press 1 + 2
Fireball: press 1 + 2
Spin: Hold Left, press 1 + 2

DARKHEART:
Invisibility: Hold Up, press 1 + 2
Fireball: press 1 + 2
Invincibility: crouch, press 1 + 2

MAGICIAN:
Fireball: press 1 + 2
Disappear: crouch, press 1 + 2
Change Character: Hold Up, press 1 + 2

ALL CHARACTERS:
Uppercut: on the ground, press 1 + Right
Throw: up close, press 1 + Right

VR Troopers Cheat Menu
To access a secret options menu, press Start at the title screen. Then begin rotating the d-pad clockwise. If done correctly, you should hear a chime indicating that the Cheat menu has been activated.

Note: The Cheat menu is located in the Options menu.
