Rad Racer 2 Level Select
At the title screen, hold UP+LEFT and press B once for each level you wish to advance. For example, to skip to level 7, hold UP+LEFT and press B six times.

At the title screen, hold UP and press the B button 8 or 9 times (whichever works.)

Lost the race? Don't despair! After you return to the title screen, hold A and press START. You'll return to the last race you retired from.
