To select weather conditions, hold S (sunny weather) or R (rainy weather) when selecting a circuit.

X-Car: Experimental Racing Missile Mode
To arm missiles, hold M when selecting race type (Single Race or Quick Race). To fire missiles, toggle the HUD.
