- Blacksmith: kill 100 opponents in a row at any tea house.
- Ikumatsu: finish with the "Path of Blood" ending.
- Katsu Kaishu: finish the "100 kills" mode.
- Kiyokawa Hachiro: finish the "Formation of Shinsengumi" event.
- Okita Soji (alternate): finish the "1000 kills" mode.
- Saigo Takamori: finish the "Heroes of Satsuma" event.
- Takuan: finish the "108 earthly desires" mode.
