  • Blacksmith: kill 100 opponents in a row at any tea house.
  • Ikumatsu: finish with the "Path of Blood" ending.
  • Katsu Kaishu: finish the "100 kills" mode.
  • Kiyokawa Hachiro: finish the "Formation of Shinsengumi" event.
  • Okita Soji (alternate): finish the "1000 kills" mode.
  • Saigo Takamori: finish the "Heroes of Satsuma" event.
  • Takuan: finish the "108 earthly desires" mode.
