In Eregion, after talking to Idrial in the first elven waystation, you will fight your first Orc Shaman. This fight is just the beginging of your easy journey. Follow the path to the left and right sides after the fight, you can finish off a side mission that I missed until Moria, the Wildmen.

After defeating the 2 warbands in the area proceed to follow the Ravine Path. Congrats, you have made it to the only section of the game where the monsters respawn faster than you can kill them. Stand in the first corner of the path you come across. Fights now brought to you by The Eye Of Sauron. If you want to heal use items or the save point just up ahead. Stay in this ravine and fight fight fight until you have learned what you wanted to learn.

NOTE: This helps you learn new skills faster, but it will not help you gain levels, on SP.

Go to Eregion after you get the Craft Item Stone. Then, find an Archer. Cast Fellowship Grace with Berethor and the Haste Of The Elves ability with Idrial on whoever has the Craft Item Stone equipped. You will never run out of AP, and the character creating items goes very fast, producing a lot of items. This is especially useful for the Elf Medicine item. Also, you can level up character abilities that do not damage foes.
