You must assist XY-XY. Then go and fullfill all aspirations and become friends with Jonas.

Make sure Noelle completes one full career.

You must fullfill all of Isabella's wants.
The Sims 2 Unlockable: HMS Armore
You must fullifll all of Betty's wants until she is in a platinum mood. Then marry Captain Nelson
The Sims 2 Unlockable: Jugen House
You must fullfill Toothless Joe's aspirations until your Sim gets "Visit New Location" as an aspiration. Then go back to Tranquility Falls, and help Chantel.
The Sims 2 Unlockable: Mesa Gallery
You must help Hector Complete his gaols at HMS Amore.
The Sims 2 Unlockable: Orbit Room
You must become friends with Red S. and then serve him food. Then move back to Sunset Canyon and make sure that Red S. and Helga get married. Finally get Red S. in a platinum mood.
The Sims 2 Unlockable: Shoreline Trails
You must purchase a foosball table and defeat torin.
The Sims 2 Unlockable: Sunset Canyon
You must bring Helga, Billy, and Sheila back to life, make a kitchen, clean up a mess, buy beds, and build a bathroom.
