Battlestations: Midway Stage Select
Access all missions (campaign and challenges - may not save permanently to HDD or Card) by holding RB, LB, RT, LT and tap the BLUE button when you go into a mission select (campaign or challenge) menu.

This was tested on a pre-patched version (no DLC).
